Andrea Gavric has signed for 1. FC Köln for the upcoming season. The 20-year-old will join from FC Bayern Munich and has signed a two-year deal with the club. Gavric was born in Munich, but her parents are from Bosnia. She has passports for both countries and celebrated her international debut for her parents’ home nation at the age of just 16. She was able to make his Bundesliga debut this season, playing 11 minutes in the 4:0 win against SGS Essen.
In 2017, was Germany under-17 champion with Bayern Munich. She was part of the team alongside Laura Donhauser, and will link up with Amberg native again at FC. Two years later, Gavric was crowned 2. Bundesliga Süd winner with Bayern Munich’s reserves.
Nicole Bender, FC-Frauen Sporting Director, said: “Andrea is a player that can develop and has a lot of potential, which we are very much looking forward to. She has a great footballing background, a superb left foot, enjoys the tackle and has a lot of pace out wide. We are completely convinced that she will strength us on the left-hand side.”

I want to prove myself in a new environment, through good performances and earn my game time to settle in the Bundesliga. The first impressions as I signed my contract at Geißbockheim were very positive and I’m looking forward to my future here.”
