On matchday you can upgrade your discounted season tickets by changing your current seats to full-paying seats. Near the entrance gates you will find ticket booths with attendants there to assist you. You will have to pay the difference between the tickets and then you will receive a receipt, which you will have to show to the steward at the entrance. Please note that due to organizational matters, all payments have to be paid in cash.
Season ticket holders should expect to receive information regarding the upcoming year’s ticket pricing and availability towards the end of May to early June. We will only need a response if you wish to change your current plan. Otherwise your season ticket seats will remain as is.
If your season ticket has been damaged, you can request a new copy free of charge. Please send us the current copy of your season ticket with a small explanation. The address of our ticketing service is 1. FC Köln GmbH & Co. KGaA, Ticketing, Franz-Kremer Allee 1-3, 50937 Köln.
In order to provide a sufficient supply of day tickets for sale and to keep the ratio between season tickets and day tickets as balanced as possible, 1. FC Köln has limited the total number of season tickets to 25,000. Due to the high demand we decided, in May 2009, to create a waiting list for season tickets. Vacated seats re reassigned by 1. FC Köln to those highest up on the waiting list.
The request for cancellation of season ticket membership must be submitted to 1. FC Köln, in written form, by May 31st. The cancellation will then take into effect at the end of the ongoing season. The follow-up to the request can be sent by e-mail to dauerkarten(at)fc-koeln.de or by Fax to +49 221 716 16 319. Please provide all necessary information, such as your name, membership number and season ticket seat numbers.
The rules for transferring season tickets were altered in the summer ahead of the 2014/2015 season. The tickets can now only be transferred within the immediate family. A fee of €20 will be charged per ticket that will be transferred.
If you have lost your season tickets please contact dauerkarten(at)fc-koeln.de or call the service hotline at +49 221 260 11 221. You will be charged €20 for the new copy of your tickets. However, if your tickets have been stolen and you can provide a copy of the police report the €20 charge for your new tickets will be voided.
If you have forgotten your tickets on the match day you can go to the service station of the FC-Ticketpoint and receive replacement tickets for the match for a charge of €10. Important: The replacement tickets can only be given if the individual can prove that he/she has season tickets. Also, in the case of fan clubs, only the chairman of the fan club is eligible to receive the replacement tickets.
Discounted tickets in the standing section are available for youths up to 17 years of age, students up to 27 years of age, the unemployed, the retired, and the handicapped (up to 50% discount). In the seating sections discounts are available for youths up to 16 years of age (JC-Rabatt) and for the disabled fans (KB-Rabatt – up to 50%). Children up to 6 years of age have free entry to the stadium. Important: All fans using a discounted ticket will have to provide identification on match day.
Tickets to the FC-Stammtisch can be ordered per e-mail under stammtisch(at)fc-koeln.de. When booking, please provide your name, address, telephone number, and figures for a direct deposit. Please also let us know your exact seat in the stadium.
Fans who are prevented from attending a match can sell their season ticket for one game via the internet, without losing their right to the season ticket. The proportionate price for the season ticket will be refunded. Further information can be found under fc-ticketboerse.de
Our Ticketpoint can be found on the North side oft he RhineEnergieStadion in the Western block of the old Marathon gate (the brown buildings when approaching the stadium from the north end). The office opens two and a half hours prior to match kick off. Photo identification will be required for those picking up tickets. If someone other than the owner is to pick up the tickets, that person will require an official letter of authority from the actual owner.
So that even our smallest fans can experience the live atmosphere of an FC home match, children up to 6 years of age are eligible to attend matches free of charge. On the match day the children will receive a so-called children’s card from one of the stewards placed at the various entrances to the stadium. Important: This children’s card does not qualify for an actual seat (so the child will have to sit in the adult’s lap). The card does, however, cover for insurance within the stadium. To receive one of these cards the guardian must present identification proving that the child is below the age of 6. The alternative for parents is that they can trust their children to be looked after at the FC-Kinderland. However, this offer is not valid for evening matches.
If you have misplaced your login information fort he OnlineTicketShop or the OnlineDialog, please click on the “Forgot your passwort?” function on the fc-tickets.de page. Then please enter your username and e-mail address. You will have your password sent to your e-mail account. This service saves resources because large parts of communication, such as the annual season tickets newsletter can be done electronically. Season ticket holders will be informed on all things season tickets (i.e. waiting list, invoicing, etc.) swiftly and directly. Further information will be presented every year in May on fc-koeln.de.

Season ticket holders can view home matches of the U21 free of charge at the Franz-Kremer Stadion in the standing section. For the seating section there will be a charge of €5. The season ticket can be used in conjunction with the FC-Ticket on match day from four hours before kick off until 3am of the following day as a ticket in the VRS transportation network.
The season tickets are valid for public transportation from four hours prior to kick-off on match day to 3am of the following day for all lines in the VRS public transit system. The Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (VRS) is a merger of the cities Cologne, Bonn, Leverkusen, and Monheim, as well as the surrounding areas of the Rhein-Erft, Rhein-Sieg, Rhein-Bergischer, Oberbergischer, and Euskirchen. For every one of our away matches the Fan-Projekt 1. FC Köln 1991 e.V. plans a date for ticket pre-sales. This date, along with prices and all other information is published on our homepage, in the GeißbockEcho, as well as the fan-projekt.de website. You can also find out the pre-sale dates by calling the Service-Hotline from the Fan-Projekt at +49 221 260 11 222. The tickets can be ordered at the start of the pre-sale date online or via telephone. Written requests will not be processed. Note: the tickets will be made available first to the members of FC, such as season ticket holders and FC Fan Club members.
Tickets for the visually impaired can be ordered per e-mail at siems(at)fc-koeln.de. When booking please provide your name, address, telephone number, and the method of your payment. With that please also include a scanned copy of the identification to prove the disability. Depending on the opponent the ticket fee can range from €15 to €16.5. Note: Visually impaired and blind fans who are also FC members will have first rights to purchase tickets.

In the case that not all tickets are sold, our ticket shops in the North/East section will make these seats available on match day. Take note of the updates from the homepage of the visiting club. The guest ticket booth will open two and a half hours before kick-off.
Coupons for tickets can be obtained on our official FC-FanShops. If you are unable to physically go and purchase a coupon, you can also book them via e-mail at online-tickets(at)fc-koeln.de. When booking please provide your name, address, and the method of payment. The coupons can be redeemed on our official FC-FanShops. Important: Matches in which the maximum number of tickets is reached are excluded from voucher redemption.
The complete Südtribüne (Southern Stand) as well as the Blocks N11 to N14 of the Nordtribüne (Northern Stand) are the areas of the FC fans. We would like to note that problems could arise if colors of the visitors are worn there or if songs about the visitors are sung. If we locate visiting fans in these sections, we are advised to ask these fans to move from their seats for security reasons. We request for this reason that fans of the visiting team remain in the sections of the Eastern Stand (i.e. Block O1, O2, O12).
Mobile tickets can now be used for all seating sections. In order to purchase a mobile ticket, go to fc-tickets.de and then select "MobileTicket" at the end of your ticket order. The 2D-Barcode will be sent via e-mail. More information can be found here.
Tickets for wheelchair places can be ordered via e-mail at siems(at)fc-koeln.de. When booking please provide your name, address, telephone number, and the method of payment. Please also provide a scanned copy of your proof of disability documentation. Depending on the opponent the ticket cost will vary between €10 to €15. Note: Wheelchair users that are also FC members will get priority for ticket purchases.

Since the start oft he 2014/2015 season, FC offers the FC Spieltagsbörse (Matchday Portal) for home matches. It is a secure service for those fans who must return their match day tickets just before the match. Fans who have one or more tickets left in possession can come to Ticket Office 25 (Southwest corner of the stadium) and return their tickets. While the tickets are examined for authenticity, you will have to fill out a formula. The tickets will then be re-sold by FC employees for the original price to interested parties. The client (you) will then be notified if the tickets are sold, and will be returned the amount of the ticket (10% commission will be taken by FC). Note: This procedure is only valid for paper tickets and should only be used in case of emergency shortly before a match.
You can retain your match ticket with a replacement ticket by going to the FC-Ticketponit on matchday and paying a service charge of €10. Important: This service can only be put in use when the customer can prove without a doubt that the seat belongs to him/her. For example, only the individual that paid and has their name on the receipt can claim the tickets.
The ticket booths are located at the entrances to the RheinEnergieStadion. The ticket booths open two and a half hours before kick-off. Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or EC-card.

For all of our home matches we will set a pre-sale date. This news will be communicated on our homepage, newsletter, as well as in our GeißbockEcho. Referee tickets can be obtained on the actual match day by presenting a valid referee license identification card. Our referee ticket booth (No.22) is located on the southeastern corner of the stadium and opens two hours prior to kick-off. Both the referee license and the ticket will have to be shown to the stadium stewards in order to gain entrance. The ticket cannot be transferred to another figure.
