The FC Ticket Portal is a service for season-ticket holders, as well as those with single match tickets and fans. Here (www.fc-tickets.de), season-ticket holders along with fans who have single match tickets, tickets can be offered up for sale legally without having to give up their season ticket or single match ticket.

When the FC Ticket Portal is opened for the certain game, it is activated following the beginning of the member sale, then with “LOGIN” the ticket will appear under “MY ACCOUNT”. The ticket can then be freed up for re-sale via the controller. For logging in, the same customer data that was used for the purchase must be entered.

Seated tickets can be put online up to two-and-a-half hours before the game, while standing tickets have to be online five hours before kick-off.

For emergencies and changes of plan at the last minute, then there is also the opportunity to use the Matchday Portal on game day.
