How do I purchase tickets for home games?
For every home game, FC organises our own pre-sale date. This date, along with the prices and a possible limit on tickets will always be announced ahead of time on the official club channels.
Tickets are then able to be purchased at the beginning of the pre-sale dates in the FC ticket shop. Written requests and reservations will not be considered on fairness grounds.
The deliver of your ticket will take place as per usual, digitally and for free as a “digital match ticket”. If you wish to have your ticket in paper form, this will cost an additional fee of 5€ per ticket.
After successfully purchasing your ticket, you will find your match day ticket in the FC ticket shop within the “MEIN KONTO” (My account) section. Under the term “BESTELLUNGEN” (Orders), you are then able to save the ticket as a PDF or directly into your Apple Wallet. Android users can use apps like Pass2U, for example. A list of instructions can be found here. Of course, the ticket can be printed out in PDF format and used for the scanners at the RheinEnergieSTADION. You can bring up your ticket at any time and save it for later. As soon as the match day ticket is saved, it can then be used offline.
Who has the right to purchase a concessions ticket?
Reduced-cost tickets are available in Category IV to VI for:
- Children and young people up to the age of 17
- Pupils, trainees and students up until the age of 27
- OAPs
People with disabilities, who have a degree of disability of 50 or above, are able to make use of a discount in all categories with a relevant form of ID. Children up until the age of six are allowed into the seated areas for free. The child tickets will be handed out on the matchday, there is no entitlement to a seat.
The right to a concession ticket is to be proved through the presentation of a relevant form of ID. Upon entering the stadium, this form of ID is to be carried on your person and to be presented to the stewards should it be requested.
The upgrade of a concession ticket is only possible on matchday and only before entering the RheinEnergieSTADION. The FC ticket service is located at every entrance point (see plan), and there the difference is to be paid. Due to organisational reasons, it is not possible to downgrade a ticket.

Can I take part in a trial?
