Online Ticket Shop

To simplify the online ticket shop, all seating and standing sections tickets have been combined in one shop under fc-tickets.de. The sale for club members will remain at 10:00 and 15:00. The contingency of two standing tickets per club member remains.

Reduction

New regulations have been instated for the coming season. Certain demographics will find it cheaper to attend a match in the stadium.

Discounted Tickets apply for:

• Youths up until the age of 17
• Students up to the age of 27
• Retired Fans
• Disabled Fans (starting wit a German disability level of 50)

Important: All discounts can only be applied if the corresponding identification is shown to prove the status of the attendee. 

In order to accommodate even our youngest fans, children up to the age of six can enter the stadium without a match ticket. However, they must be accompanied by an adult with a valid Matchday ticket. The child will be given a child ticket when entering the stadium. Important: the child will not be given his/her own seat and must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult. Due to safety regulations this is only valid for the seating sections and not the standing section.

Upgrading

Upgrading a ticket can only be done on Matchday at the ticket booths around the stadium. There will be no additional costs as long as the upgrade is made before entering the stadium. Once entered, a ticket upgrade will cost an additional 10 Euros. All payments must be made in cash.

Sales Dates

The DFL has scheduled the first five Bundesliga Matchdays. The tickets can be purchased, as always, on fc-tickets.de. The pricing for the categories can be found here. The ticket sales schedule is as follows:

*The two times for the Club Member Sale indicate that 50% of the standing tickets will be released at 10:00, and then the second 50% will be released later on in the day at 15:00.
