Philipp Liesenfeld has been working for 1. FC Köln since 2012. After various positions in marketing, he headed the Corporate Development department from July 2017, initially in a staff position and from 2019 as department head, making a significant contribution to the development and implementation of the FC's strategy. He was also responsible for the implementation of high-reach special projects, such as the first "Innovation Game" of a German football club and the FC's organization of Lukas Podolski's farewell match. He also drove the initial development of the internationalization strategy. Since 2022, he has been Head of B2C Marketing for the FC, responsible for merchandising, ticketing, membership, and sales.
