In 2010, the daughter of former Austrian international Wolfgang Feiersinger moved to Germany to join Bundesliga promotion side Herforder SV. One year later, FC Bayern Munich signed the attacking player. She played for the Bavarians for five years, winning two championships and one cup. She was also named Austrian Footballer of the Year in 2012. After her time at Bayern, she played for SC Sand for two years and another five seasons for Eintracht Frankfurt. Feiersinger played 213 Bundesliga matches for all four clubs, scoring 35 goals in the process. In the DFB Cup, she scored five times in 37 matches. In the summer of 2023, she then moved to top Italian club AS Roma, with whom she won the league and cup and played in the Champions League.
Feiersinger played 114 games for the Austrian national team before her move to FC and scored 20 international goals. Her appearances with the national team included the 2022 European Championships in England.
