Sharon Beck was born on 22nd March 1995 in Tönisvorst. Sharon Beck's mother comes from Germany, her father from Israel. Beck has both passports. At the age of three, she began to play football and began her path to the Bundesliga. At the age of 16, she made her debut in the top tier of German football for SGS Essen.
She was crowned European under-17 Champion with Germany in 2012 and was part of the Germany squad that travelled to the SheBelieves Cup in February 2018. However, due to the fact that she did not play, she was able to switch and take up the offer of playing for the Israel national team and the country of her father. She made the move and has not looked back on her decision.
Beck joined 1. FC Köln at the start of the 2020-21 season and helped FC to earn promotion to the 2. Bundesliga. The following two seasons, she played an important part in the team staying in the Bundesliga.
