FC and Christian Keller extend until 2026

1. FC Köln have extended Christian Keller’s contract for a further year. The Managing Director Sport has been with FC since 1st April 2022 and will continue to develop his side of the club in the future.

“As the Board of Directors, we obtained the approval of the Joint Committee in accordance with our statutes and, on Monday evening, signed Christian Keller’s new contract together. We are convinced that Christian Keller can lead us back to more successful sporting times after the very challenge past two-and-a-half years,” said FC President, Dr. Werner Wolf. He added, “We are all aware that relegation from the Bundesliga had a big negative impact on the sporting record. On a difficult path under difficult conditions, Christian Keller continues to do well with his holistic and structured work on the future of the club.”

Christian Keller said: “I am pleased to have extended. After the financially difficult times, the future at FC can now be shaped more proactively. We have a lot to do and will do it together.”
