AmelieBohnen

The defender played for SC Sand in the 2022/23 and 2023/24 seasons. Before moving to FC, Bohnen made ten appearances in the Bundesliga, 65 in the second division and four in the DFB Cup. She was born in Mönchengladbach on 16 August 2001 and started playing football for DJK Fortuna Dilkrath. Bohnen then played for Borussia Mönchengladbach and TSG Hoffenheim II before moving to second division club SC Sand in the summer of 2022.
She is looking forward to proving herself at a new level at 1. FC Köln and wants to use her opportunity to develop further. In her opinion, Cologne is ‘a cool city’ and it is an indescribable feeling to be able to play for FC.
